OUR PURPOSE
To produce high quality field bred working Labrador Retriever for the scent detection handler.
Our goal is to produce a well rounded dog that has the temperament you would expect from a lab, the health clearances to go with it, the drive and workability to get the job done in the field.
We do OFA Hips, Elbows and Eyes. We do a full breed specific DNA genetic disease test through Embark. Clearing the dogs from over 270 inherited diseases.
JBK9 only breeds when the company requires new up and coming K9’s to add to the team. This means we don’t breed very often and the litter will sell quickly.

He is easily trainable and very steady. He has incredible retrieving and ball drive. Loves to work with a good off switch in the house. Weighing in at 70Lb with a classic American Lab build. Litter Information & Guarantee
Expecting black and yellow puppies from this pairing.
Litter will arrive early 2027 with limited spots available to reserve a puppy. Breeding will take place in early to mid fall of 2026
Puppy’s will be Volhard tested and placed based on what kind working home they will require. You don’t get to select your puppy unless approved to do so. Working puppies will be placed in working homes only, puppies that are better suited for pet homes will also be placed accordingly.
Registered with CKC on a limited registration. 24 month health guarantee on hips and elbows, excluding accidents to the joints unrelated to genetics. Vaccines, microchip and a trial pet insurance through Trupanion provided.
We stand behind our dogs. JBK9 will take back our puppies/dogs, subject to discussion regarding circumstance. We understand that circumstances can change and owning a working lab may no longer be feasible.
